Mat work is an important part of building a Pilates foundation. Mat classes are appropriate for beginners, yet challenging for people with advanced experience. Our Mat classes encourages improved posture, core strength, balance, and flexibility.
Note to Newcomers
We request all newcomers to Pilates to start with a minimum of 3 private sessions to attend a group Reformer class. Please start with our New Client Intro Package so that you can become familiar with the Reformer apparatus and have basic Pilates fundamentals to have a safer, more satisfactory experience from a group class environment.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothing, preferably fitted workout attire. Please wear socks for classes which are required for safety and hygienic purposes. We recommend Toe Sox, made specifically for Pilates apparatuses, which provide anti-slip grip and cushion support. Toesox are available for purchase at the studio.
