I am New to Pilates!
If you have never tried Pilates on the Reformer before and are brand new to this type of movement, we offer intro package special for you.
You will receive instruction on how to adjusted Reformer and various equipment's, learn the fundamentals of Pilates and familiarize yourself with key terminology.
This also will be a great opportunity to get to know your body.

I've got experience!
If you are someone who has substantial Pilates experience or had attended our Intro Private sessions at Esteem Pilates, you are ready to join our group classes! If you have any injuries or body concerns, we recommend continuing Private sessions until you recover further.
This way we can communicate directly with you and focus full attention and energy on providing you a safe experience.
Often times in this private session, we are able to provide you with modifications to the exercises needed to safely enjoy a group class and you'll be able to transition easily.

Please call or email to schedule your appointment. All sessions are by appointment only.

All classes are 50 minutes in duration, unless otherwise noted.

Please give notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to offer the class to others. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your package and cannot be refunded. No Exception.

All packages must be used within 6 months from date of purchase. (3 month for any promotion deals)

New client classes and packages are only available to those who are new to the studio.

Please wear grip toe socks (Available for purchase in Studio)

A $6 fee (Merchant Refund Fee) will be charged for the refund of the Credit card that was paid by client’s mistake.
