For the safety and satisfaction of clients, we ask all clients new to Pilates to start with one-on-one private session before joining group Reformer Class. Form and precision are key elements in Pilates; we want you to start the basics to get the most out of a class environment.

All classes are 50 minutes in duration, unless otherwise noted.

Please give notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to offer the class to others. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your package and cannot be refunded. No Exception.

All packages must be used within 6 months from date of purchase. (4 month for any promotion deals)

New client classes and packages are only available to those who are new to the studio.

All sales are final. There is no refund, exchange, or transfer under any circumstances.

A $6 fee (Merchant Refund Fee) will be charged for the refund of the Credit card that was paid by client’s mistake.
