Group Class

In Our Group Classes, we provide a curriculum to enable effective full-body exercise within the specified time frame (50 minutes) with a special Block System from Basi Pilates®. We assist you with proper form and give you appropriate attention to detail. 

Grip socks required (Available for purchase in Studio)

Reformer 를 사용해서 다양한 동작으로 50분간 전신운동을 하게 됩니다. 저희는 Basi Pilates 의 특별한 Block system 으로 정해진 시간내에 가능 효율적인 전신운동이 가능하도록 커리큘럼을 제공하고 있습니다.

Warm Up – Foot Work – Abdominal Work – Hip Work- Spinal Articulation – Stretches – Full Body Integration I – Arm Work – Leg Work – Full Body Integration II – Lateral Flexion/Rotation - Back Extension

Pilates - Private Session (1:1)

We utilize all Pilates apparatus in Private sessions: Reformer, Cadilliac (Trapeze Table), Wunda Chair with F2 system. This is suitable for clients who have specific purposes and goals such as rehabilitation, injuries, pregnancy and athletes take this session to focus solely on their own body and personal movement. And those who want to learn more and more advanced and high-level Pilates (Advanced to Master level Pilates)

Aerial Fit - Private/Duet Session
(1:1) (2:1)

Aerial Fit combines silk hammocks with exercises and helps develop core strength, stretch the spine, and detoxify one’s body. 

The classes aid weight loss and help improve one’s posture and flexibility

공중에 매달린 실크 패브릭을 이용해 체형교정, 림프순환은 물론 재미와 치유를 경험해 볼 수 있는 무중력 운동입니다. 초보자들도 쉽게 할 수 있는 Inversion (Up side down 거꾸로 매달리는 자세)은 척추 유연성 강화및 교정에 효과적이며 뇌로부터 신경 전달 물질의 분비를 촉진시켜 순환계와 림프계의 원기 회복이 가능합니다 실크패브릭을 이용하여 아름답고 우아한 동작들을 연결하여 하나의 플로우를 만들어냅니다. 이동작들은 전신 근력의 강화와 유연성을 길러줍니다

Sculpt & Stretch Body

Power Pilates combines strength exercises and cardio using various props such as mats, dumbbells, Thera Bend, Magic Circle, and more.

Mat 동작들과 Dumbbell, Thera Bend, Magic Circle 등 다양한 소도구를 이용하여 근력운동과 유산소를 접목한 Power Pilates 를 경험하실 수 있습니다.

Cancellation Policy

Esteem Pilates Corporation has a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with a less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged full price. The studio realizes that there are many things that come up in people’s daily lives. While we understand any emergency can occur, the studio cannot accept or waiver any last minute cancellations.



If you would like to cancel or reschedule:
For Private Sessions - Call / Text to the Studio at least 24 hours before (By 1pm Saturday for Monday appointments)

For Group Classes - you can easily log in online 24+ hours BEFORE your scheduled class start time to retain your credit.



CREDITS AND PAYMENTS WILL NOT ROLL OVER, SHARED, OR BE REFUNDED.

Wear Grip Toe Socks

While it may seem super obvious, grip socks really do help with, well, your grip! They allow your feet to get a sturdier hold on equipment while also improving your stability and balance. In workouts where balance is a focus, getting traction and using grippy socks can make all the difference. (Available for purchase in Studio)
